Brittany is responsible for working with teams across many managed services customers, answering questions, and implementing customisation while ensuring that best practice configuration is maintained. Brittany was previously a report analyst and still has a love for reporting which she always considers when creating or modifying projects as well as making suggestions to customers on the best way to achieve something within Jira.
