Adaptavist software refund policy

If you are not satisfied with Adaptavist software purchased directly from Ltd, or one of the associated companies within the Adaptavist group, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Adaptavist reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

The Adaptavist refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from, and licensed by Adaptavist. If your software was purchased through, or licensed by a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that party.
