Shortly after the launch of Atlassian's Teamwork, Strategy, and Service Collections, here's what we know about what's included in the Atlassian Product Collection, new for 2026.

The headline? Product Collection brings together some of Atlassian's most popular apps into one AI-powered solution. In this case, it's all about making better product decisions by combining customer insights, product prioritisations, and delivery in one place. Product Collection exists to address the ongoing challenge for organisations that want to deliver products at pace while making sure they're building what customers actually want. A gap exists between the organisation's top-level strategic objectives (like OKRs) and the work teams perform. The missing link is the product strategy and roadmap. The Product Collection bridges business strategy, product roadmaps, and execution.
It's been designed around helping teams overcome common challenges, like competing priorities and limited visibility (of feedback, planning, and delivery). For those where information is spread across multiple tools and systems, or where using AI effectively and at scale is proving problematic, Product Collection is a game-changer.

Here, we introduce you to the Collection, take a look at the key benefits of bringing these tools together, and show you how Product Collection works to create a connected workflow – from customer feedback through to product decisions and delivery.

What is Atlassian Product Collection?

Atlassian Product Collection is Atlassian's curated suite of tools for helping teams make better product decisions in the AI era. It brings customer insights, product prioritisation, automation, and AI-assisted execution into a single connected workflow.
As a result, teams can move fast with confidence, from signals and insights to decisions and priorities and then on to delivery. It's made up of three key components, which all work their magic to improve product outcomes:
  1. Feedback – helps teams capture and organise insights from internal and external stakeholders and across channels (support tools, review sites, and demand platforms), turning them into clear themes and evidence that can guide product decisions.
  2. Jira Product Discovery – helps teams evaluate opportunities, prioritise the ideas that matter most, and align stakeholders around a shared roadmap. The outcome is clearer decision-making and a stronger connection between strategy and delivery.
  3. Rovo – helps teams find information, uncover insights, and work more efficiently using AI across the product lifecycle. The outcome is faster understanding, less manual effort, and quicker progress from discovery through to execution.

What are the benefits of the Atlassian Product Collection?

Clearer visibility without distraction
Atlassian Product Collection helps your teams take a more connected approach to product development. Rather than relying on disconnected tools and fragmented information, they gain a shared, clearer view of customer needs, product opportunities, and organisational priorities. For example, adding ideas to a Teams backlog and board too early, without validating, qualifying, and enriching them, can distract and confuse teams that are already busy. The Product Collection lets us bring ideas into the demand-intake process, qualify them, enrich them, expand them, or disqualify them in a safe space that avoids confusion in the team's backlogs and boards.
Data-driven decisions
When customer feedback becomes easier to capture, organise, and connect to potential opportunities, teams can prioritise next steps based on evidence rather than assumptions. This builds greater confidence in where to invest budget and resources, and reduces time spent debating competing ideas.
Stronger alignment
At an organisational level, Product Collection enables stronger alignment across teams by creating visibility throughout the product lifecycle. Your people can join the dots from customer insight and discovery through to prioritisation and delivery. That shared context helps product, engineering, and leadership teams stay focused on goals and outcomes.
Speedy knowledge gathering
With AI-powered access to information and insights that support them at every step, teams can surface relevant knowledge faster, reduce time spent searching for answers across siloed tools, and move more quickly.

The power of the Product Collection

The Product Collection's individual tools are powerhouses in their own right, but where they really shine is when they work together to create a connected workflow for product teams.

So instead of your insights living in one place, prioritisation and planning happening elsewhere, and teams searching across disconnected systems for context, Product Collection joins the dots and brings all these activities together. It's clarity + speed, rather than sacrificing one for the other.
Turn customer feedback into actionable opportunities
Customer insights can be captured and organised, then connected directly to product ideas and decisions rather than remaining isolated in research documents, support channels, or spreadsheets. It means teams can evaluate opportunities based on real evidence and make prioritisation decisions that reflect real customer value and business goals.
Reduce silos and collaborate with ease
Because all your key information remains connected throughout the process, it’s not siloed, and it's much easier for product, engineering, and business teams to work together. They all share a common understanding of what customers need, why decisions have been made, and how priorities drive outcomes.
Get the knowledge you need and fast
You've got AI on your team, too. Rovo strengthens the insights-to-outcomes process by leveraging Atlassian's Teamwork Graph, which connects all items, interactions, and activities across the ecosystem, to provide the rich context needed to surface relevant knowledge and uncover patterns faster than humans can. This means less time spent looking for answers and more time putting them into action.

Product Collection in practice

It sounds like a no-brainer – so what does Product Collection look like for real teams? Here are a couple of examples of how you might use it:
Improve customer onboarding
You think you've identified a recurring theme: anecdotal customer feedback says that onboarding is complex and time-consuming. So how can Product Collection help?
  • You can use Feedback to collect and organise comments from customer conversations, support requests, and other feedback channels. This gives you a much clearer idea of the scale and specificity of the onboarding problem.
  • Jira Product Discovery helps you turn those insights into opportunities. It assesses which improvements will have the greatest impact and create the most customer value, giving you clear priorities and next steps.
  • Use Rovo to surface related research, previous decisions, and relevant documentation, without teams having to manually search across systems.
  • Share a connected view of ideas, planning, and actions across product and engineering teams so delivery decisions continue to be guided by customer needs.
Align quarterly product investment decisions
You're part of the product team and need to plan where to focus resources in the next quarter. This requires a robust demand intake process to ensure the most valuable ideas move forward. Here's how Product Collection takes the weight off your shoulders and helps you optimise your demand intake process:
  • Feedback helps you to understand emerging customer demands and recurring pain points by capturing signals from multiple sources, collating them in one place, tagging and grouping related feedback, tracking frequency and sentiment over time, and linking feedback directly to product areas or ideas.
  • Use Jira Product Discovery to evaluate those opportunities and prioritise initiatives against strategic goals and expected value.
  • Rovo can help you quickly uncover supporting context, historical decisions, and information spread across the organisation.
  • It brings product, engineering, and leadership teams together around shared evidence and gives everyone visibility into what decisions are made and why.

Bridging strategy and execution: The role of the Product Collection in the Atlassian ecosystem

The Product Collection acts as the critical bridge in the Atlassian ecosystem, connecting the high-level goals defined in the Strategy Collection with the day-to-day execution handled by the Teamwork Collection. By leveraging insights, informing product strategy, and streamlining delivery, it ensures that every task or project in the Teamwork Collection remains directly aligned with the broader strategic objectives established upstream.
