Nic Brough: Atlassian Community Superhero

Congratulations to Nic for answering 10,000 questions on Atlassian Community!

It’s really nice to celebrate success, isn’t it? It’s even nicer when that success belongs to our one and only, Nic Brough. Some of you may have met Nic before, some of you may know him in his capacity as a stellar Managing Consultant here at Adaptavist, and some of you might have a selfie with him hanging on your wall. What’s even more likely though is that at some point Nic has answered one of your questions on the Atlassian community.

You see, the thing is, Nic is all about helping people where he can, and nowhere is that more visible to the world than on the Atlassian community. If you have a question about Jira, a query concerning Confluence, or even if you just want a chin-wag, Nic is the go-to man on the community.

We consider him an Atlassian community superhero—and the numbers are there to prove it:

• In the time Nic has been on the community, he has answered a staggering 10,000 Atlassian community questions!(If you include all the times Nic helped before the creation of the community that number goes to 60,000)!
• That is, 1 in every 6 questions are answered by Nic (or 16% if you want to be specific).
• Finally, Nic has 30% more accepted solutions on the community than the ENTIRE Atlassian community support team.

It doesn’t stop there. 

Nic is also a proud founding member of the Atlassian community advisory board that helps give user voice to steer the direction of the community. These are some pretty impressive stats!

Perhaps understandably, Nic is so popular on the Atlassian community that a few years ago they were even asking where he was at the Atlassian summit:

Well, you can be sure it doesn’t go unnoticed.
