Elevate by monday.com returned to London ExCel on 22 and 23 October 2025 for its European edition of the conference. The Adaptavist Group was back as a sponsor, bringing teams from two of its businesses, Adaptavist and Upscale.

We wrapped up the key announcements from Elevate in NYC back in September, but what more did we see and hear in London?

Overview of Elevate by monday.com in London

Overall, the London event was even bigger and better than the previous year. A larger conference space offered attendees more space to collaborate and join in the monday community. London followed a similar agenda to New York, featuring insightful speaker sessions and masterclasses, and delivered many of the same announcements.*
Delegates had the opportunity to meet and hear from EMEA partners, as well as explore various regional marketplace offerings.

Strong focus on AI-driven products and features

As anticipated, monday.com's AI took centre stage at Elevate, once again. The most significant announcements centred on AI, marking what monday is calling a new era of work and redefining what is possible with AI at work.

Introduced new AI agents

monday.com has been expanding its AI platform with 'digital workers' – AI-powered specialists built into its system.
Elevate also unveiled Agent Factory, a place where users can start with a template or build their own working AI agents from scratch.
Agents within monday CRM are designed to assist sales development representatives by supporting lead qualification steps, data enrichment, outreach, and handoff, and recording every interaction in the CRM.What sets these agents apart is their action-oriented design—a shift from monday.com, not just building tools to manage work, but enabling agents to execute and handle work, thereby reducing manual effort for sales teams.
In London, we also saw how agents can be used in monday service. For example, the always-on service agent can resolve requests instantly with a built-in AI agent that delivers personalised, accurate solutions using ticket history and knowledge base.
Looking ahead, monday agents will empower organisations to build agents for every function across the business, from scheduling meetings and tracking action items to conducting research and creating tailored strategies, unlocking new opportunities for efficiency, scale, and impact.

AI marketplace expansion

The monday.com marketplace is evolving into a hub for AI-powered solutions, where customers can discover, deploy, and scale both agents and skills. The marketplace focuses on: transparency, security and enterprise readiness.
This ensures organisations can integrate AI seamlessly into their workflows with confidence.

AI capabilities are now generally available

Early access features previously announced–monday magic, monday vibe, and monday sidekick are now generally available to all users. These tools improve productivity by providing intelligent support across workflows, from summarising updates to boosting team morale.

Enhancements to subitems and previews of new capabilities

At the opening keynote for work management, monday.com announced the long-awaited release of Subitems under Subitems (further subitem hierarchy). monday.com users can now layer subitems, offering more flexibility to expand subitems and support dependencies at the subitem level, a feature that previously required the functionality provided by a marketplace app. Attendees also got a sneak peek at monday.com's new knowledge centre in masterclass sessions, as it is currently in an alpha version.

monday campaigns

A significant addition to the monday CRM suite, monday campaigns is a new AI-powered product for marketing teams. It enables teams to:
  • Quickly create, launch, and optimise campaigns
  • Connect campaigns directly to revenue
  • Align marketing and sales with a shared funnel, unified goals, and a single source of truth

Enterprise-scale enhancements

To better serve large, complex organisations, monday.com announced improvements focused on governance and scale:
  • Enhanced dependency management
  • Resource optimisation
  • Stronger governance controls
  • Greater visibility across projects
  • Better coordination for global operations
As these capabilities scale, enterprise-level organisations should still exercise caution and ensure they are supported by experts when implementing them, prioritising security.

What's next?

Elevate '25 in London demonstrated monday.com's commitment to driving businesses forward with AI. On the final day, attendees heard from Steve Wozniak, who emphasised the importance of using AI responsibly, pointing out that AI serves as a reporter. At the same time, humans act as editors to ensure accuracy and functionality. While AI acts as an enabler, true creativity is a uniquely human trait. Additionally, AI can accelerate the process of obtaining information.
We help organisations scale more efficiently and effectively, maximising technology investment and ensuring best-practice processes that suit your business and your teams.
