If you couldn't attend or struggled to keep up with everything as it happened at Elevate by monday.com in NYC, here's our summary of the key announcements.

Elevate 2025 in New York City was even bigger and more exciting than last year's event. With a location move to Duggal Greenhouse, delegates enjoyed a packed agenda of keynote presentations, masterclass workshops, and networking opportunities with partners and peers over two days, 17–18 September.
Here's what we learned at Elevate '25 in NYC:

In general

Overall, the general message around the monday.com platform is that they are now focusing more on ‘work execution’ rather than traditional project management. The idea is that work management is being enhanced so that work gets done, rather than just tracked.

Spotlight on AI

As anticipated, monday.com's most significant announcements focused on AI and its role in shaping the future of work management.

New AI agents

monday.com has been expanding its AI platform with 'digital workers' – AI-powered specialists built into its system. At Elevate '25, the company unveiled two new agents within monday CRM designed to support sales teams:
  1. SDR Agent – Assists sales development representatives by finding, suggesting, and adding leads to CRM based on an ideal customer profile.
  2. Outreach Agent – Contacts leads, conducts initial conversations to uncover needs and intent, and records every interaction in CRM.
What sets these agents apart is their action-oriented design. Rather than simply responding to queries, they can carry out multi-step tasks, adapt to changing circumstances, and work continuously – reducing manual effort for sales teams.

AI marketplace expansion

The monday.com marketplace is evolving into a hub for AI-powered solutions, where customers can discover, deploy, and scale both agents and skills. The marketplace is being built with a focus on:
  • Transparency
  • Security
  • Enterprise readiness
This ensures organisations can integrate AI seamlessly into their workflows with confidence.

AI capabilities are now generally available

Early access features previously announced–monday magic, monday vibe, and monday sidekick are now generally available to all users. These tools improve productivity by providing intelligent support across workflows, from summarising updates to boosting team morale.

monday campaigns

A significant addition to the monday CRM suite, monday campaigns is a new AI-powered product for marketing teams. It enables teams to:
  • Quickly create, launch, and optimise campaigns
  • Connect campaigns directly to revenue
Align marketing and sales with a shared funnel, unified goals, and a single source of truth.

Enterprise-scale enhancements

To better serve large, complex organisations, monday.com announced improvements focused on governance and scale:
  • Enhanced dependency management
  • Resource optimisation
  • Stronger governance controls
  • Greater visibility across projects
  • Better coordination for global operations

What's next?
