Definitely one of the best companies to work for

We're delighted that Adaptavist has been included in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies To Work For 2018. It comes as a result of an internal engagement survey of our UK team and was announced at an award ceremony in London.

It's the first time we've entered, so we were delighted to make the list, never mind reach number 38. It's great for this awesome team to be recognised.

Values and culture

It's not been easy. We hired 57 people in 2017 and we have another 20 confirmed for 2018 already. That kind of growth would be a challenge for any company on the list and this ranking pays testament to our values and culture. It's a great atmosphere to work in. For a company of our size (just under 150 people) we offer great perks. What makes the team so special at Adaptavist is that there's a genuine desire and commitment from everyone to make it a great place to work.

An awesome event

Thanks to the Sunday Times and Best Companies for putting on an awesome event. We asked everyone to vote for people they'd like to attend the event. The results gave us a mix of people from our Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Services and HR teams and it was a great night out full of food, entertainment (and wine) hosted by the charming Mark Durden-Smith.

Continuing to grow the team

Our developers make software for people who make software and our consultants help organisations adapt and use it. There's a huge demand for this. We're not done building this team and 2018 is going to see us create more opportunities for awesome people to join us. We continue to look for great people within the Atlassian ecosystem to help build new products and enhance our existing ones, as well as all manner of exciting roles to help us and our clients do great work.
