Rozdoum joins The Adaptavist Group

Rozdoum part of the Adaptavist group

The good news keeps coming as we move towards year-end—I am very happy to announce that Rozdoum has joined The Adaptavist Group.

An Atlassian Gold Solution Partner based in Ukraine, Rozdoum brings impressive expertise in Atlassian tooling and app development to The Adaptavist Group. Specialising in integrating platforms and developing custom applications to help companies become more collaborative and efficient, Rozdoum also lends its expertise and development capability to support other Atlassian Solution and Marketplace Partners globally.

"We’re thrilled by the news that Rozdoum is joining The Adaptavist Group to help customers unleash their full potential with Atlassian collaboration and productivity tools. We are proud that the Atlassian ecosystem continues to play its part in removing barriers to success for Ukrainian businesses and supporting the long-term growth of Ukraine as an emerging leader in technology innovation."
Cameron Deatsch, Chief Revenue Officer at Atlassian.

This news tops an exciting year of growth for Adaptavist, and is an exciting glimpse into the future as we continue to consolidate our consulting practices and deliver leading-edge apps for the Atlassian stack and other leading technology partners. I’ve no doubt that the Rozdoum team will play a vital role in shaping what that future looks like—how we work to support other partners in the Atlassian ecosystem and how we develop solutions and applications across our portfolio of technology partners to deliver maximum value to customers.

"Our relationship with Adaptavist has developed since 2017 and we’ve learned that along with being one of the biggest and best Atlassian solution providers in the world, that the values that define how they work really resonate with our team."
Andrey Dekhtyar, CEO of Rozdoum

As for Adaptavist, we’re incredibly proud to invest in Ukraine—an impressive IT hub in its own right—and support the Ukrainian economy in the long-term. To that end, along with Rozdoum we’ve made a significant donation in humanitarian aid to Nova Ukraine. Created by Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister, Mykhailo Fedorov as part of the Ministry of Digital Transformation he oversees, and an initiative of the President Volodymyr Zelensky, Diia.City was introduced just weeks before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Today, that journey reaches a new, truly celebratory milestone, and I couldn’t be happier to welcome Rozdoum to the team.

Rozdoum is also the first resident of Ukraine’s Diia.City to be acquired by an international corporation. This government initiative provides legal and tax incentives to technology businesses in the region, making acquisition by foreign corporations simpler.

The Adaptavist and Rozdoum teams are already working together to deliver capability to other Atlassian Solution Partners across Europe, and Rozdoum will continue to operate in Ukraine under the leadership of Andrey Dekhtyar, who will also join the Adaptavist management team.

“Our goal has always been to increase Ukraine's standing as one of the largest IT hubs in Europe, but it has taken on even more significance since Russia’s invasion,” said Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister for Ukraine’s Digital Transformation. “The Diia.City initiative is now vital for improving the wartime resilience of our technology sector and Adaptavist’s acquisition of Rozdoum illustrates that. Their technical expertise, Atlassian knowledge and integrated tools and solutions are second-to-none and we are pleased to be supporting their growth to further meet the needs of enterprise clients and partners globally. We look forward to working together and investing in and supporting the rebuild of the Ukrainian economy for the long term.”
