Welcoming Nimaworks to The Adaptavist Group

Nimaworks - part of The Adaptavist Group logos

We’re thrilled to announce that Nimaworks is now part of The Adaptavist Group.

At Adaptavist, we're more focused than ever on delivering holistic solutions spanning people, processes, and technology that empower our clients to succeed. Today I am excited to share that we're taking the next step in our journey.

It's our great privilege to welcome Nimaworks into The Adaptavist Group.

Based in Athens and Nicosia, Nimaworks helps organisations transform ways of working, focusing on IT and Enterprise Service Management, DevOps, work management, customer service and automation as-a-service. Nimaworks' mission is to create state-of-the-art experiences for its customers and employees, leaving them to focus on what they do best: building and providing products and services.

Nimaworks is also the largest Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner in Greece and the only Atlassian Solution Partner in Cyprus—and this synergy is really just the starting point.

The Nimaworks difference

Delivering long-term value to customers is at the heart of how we do business at Adaptavist, and it's important to us that this customer-first approach is mirrored by our new colleagues at Nimaworks. Serving customers across Europe, Nimaworks has a proven track record of truly delighting its customers by helping them redefine how work gets done.

What really sets Nimaworks apart, however, is the team's proven expertise in IT and Enterprise Service Management—particularly with customers across the financial services, insurance, telecoms, utility and public sector industries.

There's little doubt about the value of ITSM to the enterprise. According to Fortune Business Insights, the global cloud ITSM market size is projected to hit USD 15.65 billion in 2027, with Gartner naming Atlassian a Leader in its 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for IT Service Management Platforms.

It's no secret that we see ITSM as a key driving force behind our future growth at Adaptavist, and as an ITSM-focused Atlassian Partner, Nimaworks is strategically placed to support us in building out our ITSM practice, consolidate our ITSM capabilities, and help broaden our reach so we can support more European enterprises in putting ITSM at the centre of their digital transformation initiatives.

A bright future

I am confident that Nimawork's strengths complement our core competencies brilliantly, and coupled with our recent acquisition of venITure, further cement The Adaptavist Group as a leading provider of Atlassian solutions across Europe. But that's really only just the start.

By joining us, Nimaworks will be able to leverage The Adaptavist Group's leading-edge technology, global talent pool, and research and development capability to create even more value for its customers. I am excited to see how Nimaworks' already rapid growth will further benefit from immediate scale and support from The Adaptavist Group.

The Nimaworks team will continue to service its customer base and deliver ITSM engagements for enterprises across Europe, and we will work together on blended consultancy work that pulls in capability from teams across our group businesses. Nimaworks' leadership will stay in place, and its talented team will bring new energy and vision to The Adaptavist Group team.

But above all, our focus will, as always, remain on delivering world-class service for all our customers across The Adaptavist Group businesses—both today and in the future.
