Gaspar is an ITSM Solutions Architect at Atlassian. He has been implementing ITSM solutions for over 15 years and delivering ITIL courses as an accredited trainer since ITIL version 2. Gaspar is an enthusiast of Artificial Intelligence, based in Vancouver, B.C. and helps Atlassian Partners architect and deliver Jira Service Management projects.
