Title:
Scaling SAFely? Using trend analytics to transform conversations at every level

What you'll learn: Feedback plays a crucial role in planning and preparation for a PI event. Teams that show up confidently, having consulted trusted sources for feedback, know what outcomes are important, share insightful thoughts, and set themselves on the path to delivering value. On the many agile journeys we have shared with our clients, we’ve discovered that relatively simple trend analytics, working with data readily available in Jira, can be one of the most effective forms of feedback leading up to PI planning and beyond. Many teams are unaware of this powerful tool and its ability to affect the behavioural changes necessary to scale SAFely. But with an appreciation of the value of honest feedback, trend analytics can help transform the depth of the conversations at every level of an organisation. In this talk, we’ll explain how.
