Phill Fox and Nic Brough will be presenting Service Management to Infinity and Beyond

Enterprise Service Management beyond the world of IT. How do organisations put their customers first, in the ever demanding world of service management. Nic and Phill will introduce the concepts of ESM and provide examples of how some organisations use Service Management to provide excellent service. As part of this session attendees will be encouraged to share their own experiences and successes in the world of Service Management.

John Turley will be presenting Developing an Agile Mindset

In 2019, John Turley's "Developing an Agile Mindset" presentation dove into the complexity of an individual's psychology and how that relates to the world of modern work. In this follow-up, John takes the research further, exploring how the interactions between individuals within organisations create the social structures that determine how well teams are able to deliver on their goals. Exploring a new hypothesis on workplace engagement, Developing an Agile Organisation lays out the why, what, and how of organisational culture and delivers concrete steps to improve interactions and strengthen teams while adapting to the challenges they face.
