Exploring why agile transformations have a tendency to fail and how this can be avoided, Heidi will touch on a new approach designed to help agile transformations at Scale succeed through the four facets of agility. In addition, she will also shed light on new methods that will help your agile transformation succeed.
Following this insightful session, we will also deliver two live demo sessions; ‘Flexible and pragmatic: SAFe® tooling with Atlassian Jira’ at 2:30pm (CST) on Tuesday 27th October, and ‘How Jira Align Supports SAFe 5.0 at enterprise scale’ at 12:10pm (CST) on Wednesday 28th October. These will be led by Hal Prather and Rizwan Hasan, respectively.

Always bringing a pragmatic approach to her work, she collaborates with businesses to create more responsive, effective, and resilient teams. Heidi is a Senior Transformational Consultant at Adaptavist and co-founder of the Open Leadership Network.
Hal Prather
Hal Prather is a Senior Technical Consultant who works with teams across many verticals to align strategy, process and tooling. He has 20 years of experience within the IT sector. Hal has worked across many technical disciplines, including product development, data architecture, operations management, agile rollouts, agile coaching, and IT service management. He believes in a thorough service design approach as a pillar to understanding more about an organisations needs and path to growth.
