  • Format: Theatre Session - in person, Vegas

    When: Wednesday, 6 April 2022, 13:45 - 14:00 PDT

    Theatre session title:

Bringing people, processes, and tools together for true transformational success

    Abstract:

Too often, organisations jump on the idea that simply changing processes, performing a restructure, or introducing a shiny new tool will lead to transformational success. The truth is, without looking at people, processes, and tools together—simultaneously—organisations are greatly limiting their potential to delight customers and employees alike.

In a nutshell, the success of your transformation effort starts and ends with the ability to combine people, processes, and tools harmoniously while ensuring they’re all contributing to the same, clearly defined goals.

Of course, this is easier said than done. Throughout this session, our agile experts will hone in on all three tenets of successful agile transformation giving practical examples of effectively integrating them to boost productivity and innovation. From shifting your mindset to creating a psychologically safe workplace to choosing the right tools to help you succeed, our experts leave no stone unturned when exploring what it takes to be a successful agile organisation today.
