Problem

If you receive an error similar to below when generating an export this indicates that the filter that been deleted or that the user running the import does not have the filter shared with them, which means that PC is unable to create it when creating the Scrum Board.


The selected filter is not available to you, perhaps it has been deleted or had its permissions changed

Solution

In order to work around this error, you should make sure that the filter exists in the source instance.

If the filter exists then you will need to ensure that the filter mentioned in the error is shared with the user running the import, inside the source instance before taking a new export to import from.

If the filter does not exist then you will need to recreate the missing filter before generating a new export file.
