One of our shared hosting servers has become unresponsive. This means that some Shared Hosting Clients will be offline. We have engineers in transit to the data centre to investigate. Updates when we have more information

We are currently experiencing some networking issues resulting in users not being able to reach their sites. The problem appears to be with one of the upstream providers. We are investigating further

We will be carrying out some maintenance on our Shared hosting platform today. The Shared hosting customers may notice a brief 5 minute outage per container as the changes are applied. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause
