You can provide a copy of the final mail form to logged in senders, helping to re-assure them that their mail has been successfully delivered and allowing them to keep a copy for their records too. This feature only works for logged in users - when used by anonymous users, the mail will still send however they will not be sent a copy of the final message.

 

To activate this feature for a given mail-form, you need to set the receiptRequested variable to true in the corresponding {mail-submit} macro.

From Form Mail v4.2 onwards, an option to include destinations in the Receipt has been included

 

When the Mail form Macro contains many destinations, a single receipt will be sent which contains a list of all destination email addresses.
