Before creating & submitting Forms, the Form ID Configuration should be set up. In this section, you can get information about setting up Form ID Configuration, and the various operations the administrator can perform.

Administrators or Users can configure Form ID's which can be used in a form. Form IDs are reusable and can be used across several forms, making them convenient for defining the behaviour of multiple forms.

Once, the Form ID has been configured, the administrator can edit and change all the fields of the Configured Form ID, except for the ID which is immutable.

Creating a Form ID

Forms can be configured to use the Internal Database, which saves the data within Confluence.  All replies to that form are then accessed from the list of Forms using the Responses link for that Form ID.

  3. Click on "Add Form configuration"

  4. Provide a unique Form ID & give description to configure a Form ID

  5. Save your Form ID Configuration.
