Summary

Checkboxes should be used when you want your users to select one or more options from a set. The checkbox groups lets you quickly set a group of checkboxes for your users to select from.

Instructions

  1. Create your Form using the Forms for Confluence macro
     
  2. Add the Forms - Checkbox Group macro to the form



  3. Set a Label for the group, this will appear next to the radio button options
     
  4. Set a Name for the group
     
  5. Set a description for the group (Optional).
     
  6. Check Required, if you want this as a mandatory field in the Form.
     
  7. Define Checkbox button options, by giving a Label & value
     
  8. To add more options, click the "+" sign and repeat step 7



  9. You can check a default option or may leave it unchecked.
     
  10. Save the macro to see a placeholder image of how the field will look on the saved page


     
  11. Save the page to see the final field on your form
