When contacting Adaptavist Support, it is necessary to provide your Adaptavist Support Entitlement Number (or SEN), so that we can provide you the best possible level of service.  You can find your SEN easily using one of the following methods: 

Finding your SEN in Jira Server & Data Center

From your Atlassian product, click on the Gear Icon in the top-right corner, and select Add-ons. On the left-hand menu, click on Manage add-ons. From here, find your ScriptRunner for Jira App and click the arrow to the right. This will provide you the SEN, as well as other details about the App. 

Finding your SEN in Jira Cloud

From your Atlassian product, click on the Gear Icon in the top-right corner, and select Add-ons. On the left-hand menu, click on Manage add-ons. From here, find your ScriptRunner for Jira App and click the arrow to the right. This will provide you the SEN, as well as other details about the App. 

Finding your SEN in Confluence Server & Data Center

From your Atlassian product, click on the Gear Icon in the top-right corner, and select Add-ons. On the left-hand menu, click on Manage add-ons. From here, find your ScriptRunner for Confluence App and click the arrow to the right. This will provide you the SEN, as well as other details about the App. 

Finding your SEN in Bitbucket Server & Data Center

From your Atlassian product, click on the Gear Icon in the top-right corner. On the left-hand menu, click on Manage add-ons. From here, find your ScriptRunner for Bitbucket App and click the arrow to the right. This will provide you the SEN, as well as other details about the App. 

Finding your SEN in My Atlassian

Navigate to https://my.atlassian.com, log in with your Atlassian account, and search for ScriptRunner.  If you are a Technical or Billing contact on your license, the license will be shown in the resulting list, and you can choose your SEN from there.
