We just had Community Bubbles 1.1 installed and now I am trying to figure out how to use this function. I have been through the documentation and still have questions. It doesn't work as I imagined.
For example, I have been using groups to manage access to spaces. That seems consistent with Communities because the Community Space Settings has an entry for Membership Group. I would think that I could have all the members in that Membership Group added en masse to the new Community. Sandra O'Donovan informed me that there isn't any way to add members to a community en masse. That would be a nice feature. But if that isn't the case, please explain the relationship between the Membership Group and the Community Space membership. I have read https://www.adaptavist.com/display/Bubbles/Community+Settings. Does the content there mean that new invites are automatically added to the group? I guess that helps some since it might mean that we have means for Space or Community Admins to add members to a group even if they don't have site admin privileges.
How do Community Admins differ from Space Admins? How does one establish who are the Community Admins?
I don't understand how to determine whether Enrolment should be "closed" or "network." (I've read https://www.adaptavist.com/display/Bubbles/Enrolment+Settings.) Our intention is to have an admin control Community membership. Is the only difference who can invite members?
