Hello, all.

We've started using the forum macro on our institute wiki, in part to gather comments on various issues. There are two aspects I can't seem to find ways to control, however:
1) Since all the topics are initiated by the space administrator, we'd like to not display the topic author; and
2) We'd like to control the order in which topics are displayed. Currently, since the pages weren't created in chronological order, there isn't any logic in their display order. Is there a way to link them to their order in the page tree?

We're running Confluence 3.0, and the forum is created using

{forum:page=@self|excerpt=topic|recurse=true}

Thank you for your time!

    The isn't any option currently to control to columns printed on the forum table format. You may be able to hide columns though using css in a theme :-/

    The only sort options currently for the forum macro is by date or activity. I think it wouldn't be too hard to add an option to sort by then page ordering for non recursive mode, but for recursive mode that could get complicated.

    You might want to consider looking at the reporting or advanced search macros if the forum macro can't do exactly what you want out of the box.
