We're adjusting our prices for: ScriptRunner for Jira, Test Management for Jira, Project Configurator, and ScriptRunner for Confluence, effective 15 May 2018.
At Adaptavist, our customers are everything. And we're committed to building enterprise-grade apps that offer our customers the best solutions available in the market.
Why the price change?
Over the past 18 months, we have made many improvements to our products and services. We've invested heavily in Research and Development (R&D), quadrupled our support teams (across multiple timezones), released over 50 new features and enhanced our user experience across the entire product suite.
Despite this period of rapid growth and development, our prices have not changed. In order to invest further in feature development and ensure enterprise-grade support and performance, we are making some slight adjustments to our pricing structure.
These adjustments will enable us to deliver a high-quality user experience that our customers deserve. It will help us to focus on the future; invest in the evolution of our products and continue to provide our customers with the best expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem.
The following apps will be affected by a price adjustment on May 15, 2018:
- ScriptRunner for Jira Server
- Test Management for Jira Server
- Project Configurator Server
- ScriptRunner for Confluence Server
Pricing will vary across the different apps, but overall there will be slight increases at the higher tiers to account for the new enterprise-grade level of innovation, reliability, and support. For full detail on the pricing changes, visit our FAQ page.
Can I keep my current price?
Yes, you can remain at the current price by simply purchasing or renewing your current license before Tuesday 15 May 2018.
What happens next?
Price changes will be effective on Tuesday 15 May 2018. At that time, our new pricing structure will be reflected on the Atlassian Marketplace.
