normalView not changing to normal page view

link shows up, but clicking on it doesn't do anything e.g. on the attachments page it is: https://server.edu/pages/viewpageattachments.action?decorator=normal&pageId =9077003 on the edit page it is: https://server.edu/pages/editpage.action?decorator=normal&pageId=9077003 Before I noticed it not working ...
