Dedicated Hosting
We've updated our dedicated hosting services to include four off-the-shelf packages: Emerald, Sapphire, Topaz and Diamond. These offer great value for money solutions backed by the excellent support you've come to expect from Adaptavist.
Remote Hosting
We're in the process of launching a new "Remote Hosting" service - in fact, some of our clients are already using it!
Remote hosting provides the same level of support as our Dedicated hosting service, only you provide the server and host it yourself!
The new service is ideal for companies that need to host their servers in their own data centre but want expert support from a company that knows Confluence inside and out.
Service Level Agreements
We've also launched a new range of Confluence Support contracts aimed at clients with mission critical Confluence installations.
With flavours ranging from UK office hours (9-5, Mon-Fri) through to 24/7 and all with guaranteed response times, there's an SLA to suit your needs.
Stay tuned for news of of our long awaited reseller scheme (which will be called "Adaptavist Partner Network") and also a scheme aimed at freelancers, contractors and SMEs who want to team up with Adaptavist.
