Copy Project Configuration

A JIRA plugin that enables you to be able to copy project configurations for use with other projects. You're able to create a new project, but use an existing configuration from another project. Currently you have to create a new project and then copy the configurations across, which is easier if schemes have been used throughout, but there are still about 6-8 different settings to copy. With this plugin Admins could specify 'template' that can be copied each time a new project is selected.
