Our open source plugins are covered by our 'Community Support' service level, which is available for free to everyone (whether they are our customer or not). Community support includes the documentation, forums and mailing lists listed below.
We provide community support voluntarily, so we cannot guarantee its availability, how fast you will get answers or the accuracy, quality or reliability of any advice given. You cannot make any claims for any loss or injury you may suffer as a result of any advice we give or action you take under community support.
If you require guaranteed support levels, please refer to our Support Services. We also provide bespoke development services for creating and maintaining plugins, if you'd like more information please refer to our Bespoke Solutions service. We offer discounts for any plugin work which can be open sourced - this has enabled us to work with customers worldwide to create and maintain most of our open source plugins.
