Our Premium Support service gives you direct, responsive access to our highly skilled Confluence engineers between 8am - 8pm (London time), 7 days a week.

Overview

Premium Support extends our Standard Support by providing telephone support, guaranteed response times and extends our Business Support by providing more than double the weekly coverage.

This support contract is best suited to multinational organisations which have a mostly European wiki user base and perform upgrades or site maintenance at weekends, or organisations elsewhere in the world who want additional support coverage overnight.

Premium Support is available between 8:00 and 20:00 (London time) 7 days a week.

Pricing

Each item (hosting account, application or plugin) supported costs £200 GBP per month.

Discounts are available for paying in advance: Quarterly (3 months, 5%), Annual (12 months, 10%).
