To get our attention, make sure tickets are marked "With Adaptavist"...
Handing back after commenting
On most browsers, you'll see the following prompt appear after you make a comment:
Just click "Yes - Hand it over" and the ticket will be handed back to Adaptavist. If you're not ready to hand it back to us, just click "No - I have more to do".
Some browsers won't display the prompt so you'll have to manually hand tickets back using the Workflow actions...
Handing Issues back via the Workflow
Choose "Hand to Adaptavist" from the "Available Workflow Actions" panel on the left:
Whilst handing back, you can optionally make a comment:
When you're ready to hand back, click the "Hand to Adaptavist" button.
