Enterprise Support extends our Standard Support by providing telephone support, guaranteed response times and extends our Premium Support by doubling the weekly coverage.
This support contract is best suited to multinational clients or support of applications with a worldwide user base.

Pricing
Each item (hosting account, application or plugin) supported costs £350 GBP per month.
Discounts are available for paying in advance: Quarterly (3 months, 5%), Annual (12 months, 10%).
