Community Support

Service Availability

Adaptavist staff visit the Community site on a daily basis and you'll usually receive a response in 1-2 days during opening hours - Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM, excluding holidays. However, this is not guaranteed - the community site is provided on an "as is" basis. Other users also help out by sharing their own experiences of using our products.

If you require direct, secure support from Adaptavist, please consider one of our higher service levels.

Note: Community Support is provided on a voluntary basis without warranty or claim of any description as to the availability, speed of response, provision, content, accuracy, quality or reliability of any advice or activity. For the avoidance of doubt the client waives all claims and/or demands for loss or injury it may suffer as a result of reliance on any advice or action offered or undertaken, or not offered or undertaken, by Adaptavist under Community Support.
