Service Availability
The forums and mailing lists are provided on an "as is" basis. Adaptavist staff also visit the forums and may, at their discretion, answer questions.
Community Support is provided on a voluntary basis without warranty or claim of any description as to the availability, speed of response, provision, content, accuracy, reasonableness, quality and/or reliability of any advice or activity of any nature given under 'Community Support'. For the avoidance of doubt the Client waives all claims and/or demands for loss or injury it may suffer as a result of reliance on any advice or action offered or undertaken, or not offered or undertaken, by Adaptavist under Community Support.
