Open the ticket in your web browser and choose "Close Issue" in the "Available Workflow Actions" section on the left:
On the form that's displayed, choose a suitable resolution from the drop-down list:
You can also add a comment, eg. confirming that the required work is complete, then click the "Close Issue" button at the bottom of the form:
