Our Business Support service gives you direct, responsive access to our highly skilled Confluence engineers between 9am - 5pm (London time), Monday to Friday.

Overview

Business Support extends our Standard Support by providing telephone support, guaranteed response times and almost four times the weekly service availability.

This support level is best suited to organisations in UK and Europe who predominantly use their wiki during office hours, or organisations elsewhere in the world who want additional support coverage overnight.

Service Availability

Standard Support is available between 9:00 and 17:00 (London time) from Monday to Friday.

40 hour weekly coverage
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (London time)

Max. response time: 4 hours
Max. schedule time: 3 days

Pricing

Each item (hosting account, application or plugin) supported costs £100 GBP per month.

Discounts are available for paying in advance: Quarterly (3 months, 5%), Annual (12 months, 10%).
