You can attach one or more files, including images and documents, to a ticket using the following procedure...
Open your ticket in the web browser and choose "Attach file" from the "Operations" section on the left:
On the form that appears, click the "Browse..." button to locate the file, add an optional comment and then click the "Attach" button to upload the file:
Please be patient while the file uploads - depending on file size and the speed of your internet connection, it may take a few minutes for the file to upload.
Tip: You can create a link to the file in the comment - for more information click the help icon (
) that appears next to the comments box while attaching the file.
After the file has been uploaded, it'll appear in the list of page attachments:
To return to your ticket, click the "View" link that shows the ticket number or alternatively attach another file using the links above the attachments list.
