Thanks to extra resource and economies of scale, we're rather pleased to announce a price drop for our Business, Premium and Enterprise SLAs...
The old pricing looked like this:
The vast majority of our customers only have an SLA for one application so we've been wanting to drop the cost of the first item for a while.
We also noticed that customers who have SLAs for multiple items were generally utilising the service far more than customers with one application so we wanted to address that issue also.
As part of a company-wide "let's make things simpler then go down the pub" initiative, we've decided to do away with the distinction between initial and additional items and have thus simplified our pricing to a fixed price per item:
Customers with just a single SLA will be rather pleased, saving up to £150 GBP per month for an Enterprise SLA. Customers with 2 SLAs will be unaffected. Customers with 3 or more SLAs will pay more, but then again they do tend to get their money's worth
One of the other major benefits of simplifying the prices is that we will soon be able to offer mixed SLA levels - something many of our customers have been asking for. For example, you might want a Business SLA for your smaller wikis and an Enterprise SLA for your larger, mission-critical wikis. We'll post more news when this feature becomes available.
Right, now please don't break your wiki for the few hours because we've got to go down the pub as per new company policy.
