Theme Builder provides a Layout Manager that lets you create unlimited theme layouts (which can be used as templates for other layouts). It provides:

Layout Tab - To quickly choose panels like headers, sidebars, and footers to display around your wiki pages
Panel Editor - To easily customise the content and basic design of these panels
Menus Tab - To add drop-down menus, pagetrees and configure menu options as well as design and customise the default View and Edit menus
CSS Tab - To add custom style sheets for fine-grained control over the design
JS Tab - To configure which JavaScript libraries are included and import your own code snippets
Options Tab - To configure additional options such as search engine optimisation, caching and breadcrumbs
Permissions Tab - To set layout-level permissions such as who can edit the layout or it's panels

Once you've created your layouts, you can easily apply them using the Layout Chooser and administrate them - You can set the layout for multiple spaces at once and review theme settings across all spaces with the Manage Spaces Tab.

You can use the Default Layouts Tab to define default layouts for normal and personal spaces and easily backup and restore layouts using the Backup Tab.
