Affordable, fully managed, reliable hosting for Atlassian products...
What is Shared Hosting?
Shared Hosting is a quick, easy and affordable way to host Atlassian's Confluence wiki or JIRA issue tracker on-line without sacrificing product features.
Adaptavist were the first company in the world to offer a Shared Hosting service for Confluence and JIRA and even today there are very few companies that can offer this service.
With Shared hosting you share a physical server with other organisations but your application is dedicated to your use and not shared with other customers. You can of course allow other organisations to access your application - you have full administrative control over your application and it's users.
Which products are supported?
Our shared hosting environment currently provides support for Atlassian's Confluence and JIRA products.
If you need a new product license, you can get a 10% discount when purchased for a Shared Hosting account. If you already have a license, let us know and we'll transfer any existing data you have free of charge.
If you want to host other Atlassian products, such as Crowd and Bamboo, please see our Dedicated Hosting service.

Feature Comparison and Pricing
The following bands are available in our Shared Hosting service:
Prices do not include Atlassian product license fees.
Click on a hosting band (Bronze, etc) for more details.
Discounts: 5% or 10% for paying quarterly or annually in advance; 20% discount for non-profit organisations.
The primary difference between our Shared Hosting bands is the amount of RAM they provide. For more information see Factors affecting RAM consumption.
How does it work?
Simple - let us know which hosting band you require from the list of hosting plans further down this page and what application you'd like to host.
Adaptavist maintain the network, server, operating system, database and application. We specialise in Atlassian products – hosting, support, development and customisation – so you're in good hands.
Your application is allocated it's own Tomcat container (secured using Java security profiles), dedicated RAM and disk space (also secured). You also get your own database (yep, it's also secured) to keep your data private.
The hosting service grows with your usage of the application - easily move up to higher hosting bands, including dedicated server hosting hosting and even Remote Hosting should you need to move the application behind your corporate firewall.
