Gold is our most cost effective Shared Hosting solution for hosting Enterprise editions of Confluence or JIRA.

Which products are supported?

Our Gold band provides support for Confluence and JIRA:

If you need a new product license, you can get a 10% discount (in addition to any bulk license discounts) when purchased for a Shared Hosting account. If you already have a license, let us know and we'll transfer any existing data you have free of charge.

Suggested Uses

Gold has sufficient RAM to handle a fairly active Enterprise edition of Confluence or JIRA.

The Gold account can be rapidly upgraded to a Platinum account should the need arise, and further expansion is available via our Dedicated Hosting service.

If you're expecting fewer than 500 active users, it might be worth starting on our Silver band - you can always move up to Gold band should you need more RAM and disk space.

If you plan on using more than one Gold band (eg. if you wanted to host both Confluence and JIRA), it's worth considering our Emerald dedicated physical server which will cost about the same but provide a dedicated CPU and much more disk space.

A Standard Grade account, Gold provides a reliable and cost effective service for most organisations.

Support

The server and application are fully supported under our Standard Support service while you host with us. If you need mission-critical support, various support packages are available on request.

Prices

The Gold band costs £80 GBP per month, which includes management of either Confluence or JIRA.

Discounts are available for paying in advance:

• Quarterly (3 months): 5% discount
• Annual (12 months): 10% discount
