What is Dedicated Hosting?
Dedicated Hosting provides you with a dedicated physical server on which to host your applications.

- Maximum Performance - up to 15.2GHz, 750GB RAID 1 storage, 16GB RAM
- Uncontended resources - an entire server just for you
- Custom security settings - eg. VPN, SSL, etc.
- Run multiple applications - up to 32 Atlassian products and you can also install your own software
On rare occasions that our standard servers don't fulfil your requirements, custom servers, storage and clusters can be tailored to your needs.
Which products are supported?
Our dedicated hosting servers currently provide support for all of Atlassian's products, including Confluence, JIRA and Crowd.
If you need a new product license, you can get a 10% discount (in addition to any bulk purchase discounts) when purchased for a Dedicated Hosting account. If you already have a license, let us know and we'll transfer any existing data you have free of charge.

How does it work?
Simple - let us know which hosting band you require from the list of hosting plans further down this page and what application you'd like to host.
Adaptavist maintain the network, server, operating system, database and application. We specialise in Atlassian products – hosting, support, development and customisation – so you're in good hands.
You focus on your business and using the application, not the system and application administration.
We provide the server hardware, install the applications and configure them. Secure SSH access to root can be provided if you need direct access to the operating system and file system of the server.

If you expect your usage of the system to grow quickly, start with our Sapphire band which has a fast upgrade path to higher bands.
Sapphire, Topaz and Diamond servers can be upgraded to 1TB RAID 1 disk space if required, contact us for more information.
Support
The servers and managed applications are fully supported under our Standard Support service while you host with us. If you need mission-critical support, various support packages are available on request.
