Bronze is our entry level Shared Hosting solution, ideal for small instances and evaluations of Confluence or JIRA.
Which products are supported?
Our Bronze band currently provides support for Confluence and JIRA:
If you need a new product license, you can get a 10% discount (in addition to any bulk license discounts) when purchased for a Shared Hosting account. If you already have a license, let us know and we'll transfer any existing data you have free of charge.
Suggested Uses
Bronze is designed for organisations that wish to run or evaluate a small Confluence or JIRA instance or host for a short period of time (minimum 3 months) prior to moving to a higher hosting band or hosting internally.
Due to RAM limitations, a Bronze account isn't really suited to long term wiki use so if you start on this account it's likely that you'll need to upgrade to Silver during the first 18 months.
The Bronze account can rapidly be upgraded at any time to a higher Shared Hosting band in order to provide more RAM and disk space as your application grows and on to a Dedicated Hosting band should you require your own server.
If you need to customise your wiki, we'd recommend using our Silver band which includes Theme Builder free of charge while you host with us. You can try using Theme Builder in a Bronze account, however it really needs more RAM to function properly.

Support
The servers and application are fully supported under our Standard Support service while you host with us. If you need mission-critical support, various support packages are available on request.
Prices
The Bronze band costs just £30 GBP per month, which includes management of either Confluence or JIRA. Should you require hosting of additional applications, additional Bronze band accounts can be purchased.
Discounts are available for paying in advance:
- Quarterly (3 months): 5% discount
- Annual (12 months): 10% discount
