including tasklist macro in layout = odd results

Hi,

When I include the tasklist macro in my layout (tried in footnotes and in footer), I'm not getting the "correct" takslist somehow...

When I include the macro just in my page, it works just fine.

The tasklist that I'm getting seems to be missing a whole lot of styling and functionality or maybe somehow another tasklist macro is used in the themebuilder logic when rendering somehow.

Anyone got a clue?
