compound-menuitem edit in word function issue

The edit in word compound menuitem doesn't seem to work in Confluence 3.1 with Builder 4.0:

{menubar}
{menu}Foo
  {compound-menuitem:edit|caption=Edit...}
  {compound-menuitem:editinword|caption=Edit in Word...}
{menu}
{menubar}

In this code, the first item works, the second item does nothing.
