when i add this macro, not only does it get the little "labels: <label list> EDIT" set of lines, i also get the bigger (and clunkier)
"Add Labels

Enter labels to add to this page:
<entry field>
Add Done
Tip: Looking for a label? Just start typing. "

how can i get the simpler one without the bigger one?

Hi John. Hope you're getting on OK with your project... if you're not getting an answer here, you could try Adatavist's support site (I think you'll be able to use the same login as for this website).

I'm trying to make a stripped down, trim and lean template for mobile and other bandwidth impaired users. I can't help noticing this line on my document size analysis:

http://localhost:8080/labels-javascript	154 KB

154kb!! Is there any way of outputting the labels without the JS (so either static uneditable labels for mobile users, or falling back to good old client/server posts)? I thought I'd seen something somewhere, but can't find it now.
