Unable to change position of subspace in Space Administration

Hey!

I wonder if there is a bug in "Set Parent Space" UI in Space Administration. I am trying set a new position for a subspace by clicking an up or down arrow. The arrow points to a path.

/confluence/builder/dosetspaceposition.action...

It seems that there is no action dosetspaceposition.action available.

However if do the same operation in "Site Administration > Root Space Order", everything works just fine. There is a difference is paths

/confluence/admin/builder/dosetspaceposition.action...

We are using ThemeBuilder version 4.1.3 with Confluence 3.3.3.
