Theme Builder and lost tabs in Confluence 3.2

After installing Builder 4.0.2 in my Confluence 3.2 instance, I clicked on browse space. The tabs/options for: Pages, Blogs, Pages, Attachments, Bookmarks, Mail, and Manage Users/Groups (CSUM plugin) are not showing anywhere but the Advanced and Space Admin options (shown as a tab in the Confluence Default layout) is showing in the Edit -> Administration menu. Is this a configuration issue? If so, where would I configure the missing tabs in the Theme Builder interface. Thanks.
