Render velocity in builder

Hi all!

I want to render the personal-sidebar within a builder theme.
I´ve tried user macros, render-velocity macro, and putting in the velocity code of the personal-sidebar.vm into a panel.
I also tried things like that: 

#parse ("/pages/templates/personal-sidebar.vm")

Is there a clean way to render the personal sidebar, or even other velocity templates?
