Using Confluence 3.1 with Builder 4's Default layout, the Recently Updated list is showing up twice (one on top of the other) in the right column.
We had customized the Global Layout to the extent only of changing the % widths of the two columns, but even reverting to the default configuration and re-enabling the Builder theme does not eliminate the Recently Updated duplication.

You can remove it from your layout by going to the 'resources' tab in your layout and pressing the 'edit' button next to the dashboard.wiki resource & removing the duplicated line.
