Problems with Confluence 3.1 - layout editor hanging

Hi,

I've installed the following:

     Adaptavist Theme Builder (4.0.0-M8) Powered by Atlassian Confluence 3.1, the Enterprise Wiki.

I'm finding that a number of the operations inside the layout editor hang e.g. edit my layout, select CSS tab, click "Edit Custom CSS" which results in a hang on opening the dialog which simply leaves the activity indicator rolling permanently:

Any ideas?
