Page Not Found, Namespace mapping

I'm having trouble getting Theme Builder to work on Confluence 3.3. I had it running fine, and then had to migrate data over from one installation to another, and now I can't get it to run. Whenever I click on any of the ThemeBuilder links in the admin console I get sent to a page saying that the page either does not exist or I do not have permission to access it. When I check the atlassian.confluence.log file, I see errors claiming that the namespaces are not mapped to an action. Please help.
