Menu items not displaying properly

We've recently installed theme builder 3.2.1 in Confluence 2.7.  It's working great, except menu items aren't rendering cleanly.  The menu items are displayed with a bold, gothic-looking font (along with the "Adaptavist Theme Builder Powered by Atlassian Confluence" in the footer).  I've tested it on multiple pc's with IE 6; the font looks normal on only 1 out of 6 of them.  I've also tried it with java 4,5 and 6, and saw the same problem. 

Any thoughts?
